How i reset security question if i forgot answer ?

when i reset security question and i follow step that apple web site recommend after that the web site

show below message. how to i reset it ?


"Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."

You need to call Apple ID Support.
