Hi,
Mission control has stopped working across all my Mac peripherals: Mouse, Trackpad, Keyboard and that includes hand gestures.
kill all on the Dock has made no difference.
Any ideas?

why should I do additional thing if that was working good before update to 10.15.3, could you be more specific when you say enable Mission control??? "make sure you have the option enabled in System Preferences:

I understand you're not able to use Mission Control anymore. I'd be happy to provide information to help you troubleshoot this.
Check to see if this issue continues in safe mode: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac
If it continues in safe mode, make sure you have the option enabled in System Preferences:
Use Mission Control on your Mac
