What app can backup my calendar and restore it on a new iPhone ?

If you sync your calendar(s) to iCloud using these instructions:-> Keep your Calendar up to date with iCloud - Apple Support

You'll be able to have calendar's data available as soon as you sign in to your Apple ID using the new iPhone.
