Wi-Fi cannot turn off, greyed in settings

I’ve been using iPadOS for a few months and haven’t had a problem yet, but now I can’t turn off Wi-Fi from settings and the control center. How can I fix this?

Wi-Fi turns off The Wi-Fi on my iPad keeps turning off. I reset it and turn it on and it stays on for about 30 seconds and turns off again. Sorry, I had a feeling that it was controlled in the MDM. And it was.
