Indesign Adobe won't open

I can't open Indesign. I contacted Adobe and they tried everything using a remote connection. Nothing worked. It wouldn't open. We downloaded the software again and even working from the Root account didn't work.

I run Mac OS Catalina 10.15.3

MacBook, OS X 10.10

Absolutely nothing?

Have you had this issue before with downloads?

You are you saying no dialog box or anything?? If you can not open the .dmg to mount the installer then is corrupt.

Is this your own personal machine or an Enterprise managed machine?

With the release of macOS 10.15 Catalina, applications will have to be 64-bit. App developers will issue updated apps if they want their apps to work on this newest macOS upgrade

When I clicked on the Ind Icon it would not open. No message whatsoever.

I could open the installer, so could the tech from Adobe but when trying to install the latest version it kept crashing.

<we did clean re-install with this Adobe cleaner tool in the regular user account as well as in the Root account however every thing had failed due to which I had requested you to contact Apple support as we were unable to install the software in the ROOT account as well.> tech support.
