If you are trying to reinstall "Big Fish Games manager" then it looks like you need to first uninstall it and then reinstall it.

I have tried to fix that problem for two months now. No one could help me.
I recently downloaded Windows from the bootcamp that comes with Mac.
I have been playing new Big Fish games on Windows now. Good Luck!
I wish I had an easy fix for you! Let me know if you find one.
I did download windows 10 and used "Parallel" that makes it much easier than bootcamp ( I got lost in the language of the IOS image... could not figure out what it was) and yes now I can play the Big Fish games again, too bad the old ones I had are now unusable because apparently Catalina has some kind of block that does not download the game manager.I hope either Apple or big Fish will figure out the problem and fix it.
I never heard of Parallel. I'm glad it worked for you. After downloading Bootcamp I had no audio sound.
So I had to work on getting sound for games. I am really disappointed with Catalina. I too have lost many games on Big Fish.
Anyway, I hope you are enjoying your games! Let me know if you hear of a fix from Apple. Big Fish fan!
The problem is that Catalina can't handle it, but IMO, it's not Apple's fault. Big Fish was notified a long long time ago that this change was happening and did nothing handle it. After looking at Big Fish's support site, they offer almost nothing in regard to solving this solution -- they give only high level support.
What exact error are you seeing when you try to download it? Where are you downloading it from? Is your iMac running macOS High Sierra (10.13) as per your tag line?
I cannot download game manager on Catalina. It states it is not free from malware.
The game manager can't be installed on Catalina since it doesn't support 32 bite apps anymore.
I understand that but it I thought it could support 64 bit games.

I am having the same problem, Safari does not recognize the app( that is the message I get) and when I try to download the manager it does not open and all I get is some gibberish.
Where did you find Windows (bootcamp) for Mac?
Thank you!
