Scratches on glass of Apple watch 5

I'm having the same issue as others with scratches on the face of my new series 5 Apple watch after only 2 weeks of wear. Sales person said the screen was very tough, but in actuality its not. Is there a reasonably priced way to fix or fill in these scratches?
