Recover voice memo - iwatch

I recorded by voice memo on iwatch for multiple times, however those entire lists were not synced to iphone.

According to the link, the voice memo should have synced each other.

And I deleted the voice memo app on my iphone and the entire voice memos were deleted from iwatch.

Can anyone help on how to recover the voice memos which were in the iwatch before app was deleted?
