Why does my phone constantly notify me that my Apple storage is almost full when it is empty?

Are you looking at storage on the phone or in the iCloud? To see the amount used in the iCloud cloud storage, open the Settings app and click on the iCloud item. All the messages belonging to mailboxes marked iCloud are stored in the cloud, and the basic allotment is five gigabytes. (You can buy more storage.) Some people never empty their mailboxes and that can mount up.
