new ipad air - initial setup not successful, now wants a Pass Code - I never created one so now the ipad is locked up - How do I get a pass code?

This page is asking for what IOS it is and I don't know - the model # is A2152

If you bump into an Activation Lock here and this is a used iPad, that can be a problem.
