Gifted songs not received

Getting fed up , have gifted several songs this evening, none of which have been received. Have checked in account and it says resend, which I've done several times and on two different devices, what's going on? Pretty hacked off over it now having spent two hours trying sort out. Apple get your act together we don't want endless links to irelavant question what's wrong with on line support.

Why aren't my gifts being sent?

It sounds like gifts you're sending from the iTunes Store aren't being received. I can certainly understand wanting to make sure people get the gifts you bought for them. I'm happy to help you out with this.


You did the right thing by trying to resend those gifts. They should receive an email notification of the gift as seen in the following support article: Send a gift from the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple Books, and more. If they aren't seeing it, make sure they check any spam/junk folders in their email account to see if the email was placed there.
