Install Mac OS 10 on a 2 GB thumbdrive to use as harddrive to dual boot either my Windows PC or laptop.
I have the Mac 10.10 installation disc. Just need to know how to set it up on the 2 GB thumbdrive.
Windows, Windows 10

Regardless, the 2 TB thumb drives do not have the reliability to hold an entire operating system on them. They aren't bad for transferring files via "Sneakernet", but for operating system boot, I would not go larger than 128 GB flash drives.
And as mentioned, Mac OS X is not designed to run on the BIOS of a non-Apple made PC. You can dual boot Windows on an Apple Macintosh and Mac OS X, but you can't do it on a non-Apple made machine. If you try, you are on your own, and violating Apple's license agreement. We can't discuss license agreement breaking procedures on this forum.
Mac OS X can't be used to boot a PC.

I know of people who are running a Windows PC with a dual boot Mac OS installed. They can run either. At church I have a Mac running Windows because the presentation software I want to use is not built for a Mac.
My bad...It is a 2 TB USB thumbdrive not a 2 GB. As to the Mac OS X 10.10 I have it only says Mac OS X 10.10 Install DVD.
The installers for Mac OS X Yosemite, El Capitan and macOS's Sierra, High Sierra and Mojave are between 5 to 6GBs and Catalina is 8GBs so none of these installers will fit on a 2GB USB thumbdrive. If you mean you want to install a mac OS on a USB so you have a working version of mac OS that takes up about 25-30GBs and needs about double-that to run properly.
You also say that you know of people who are running mac OS on a Windows PC, in Apples End User License
Agreement which your friends have to agree to before using macOS you are not allowed to install macOS on any computer other than an Apple computer. It is OK though to run Windows on a mac.
You say you have the 10.10 installation disk, Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 was never released on disk it was only ever available via download from Apple. So where did you get this disk.
