Email Recall or Unsend
I am using Apple Mail 13.0 on a MacBook. Does anyone know how to recall or unsend an email that has already been sent using this application?

You can not do that. "Recall" or "unsend" is not part of the email protocol. Some servers such as Exchange may allow similar functionality within an organization running their own email servers.
