Email Recall or Unsend

You can not do that. "Recall" or "unsend" is not part of the email protocol. Some servers such as Exchange may allow similar functionality within an organization running their own email servers.

FWIW, Gmail webmail has a "Undo Send" setting which can be set from 5 to 30 seconds. It's really a cancellation setting which "holds" the email before sending.
