Using Safe Mode for any length of time is inconvenient, but try it anyway. Merely restarting a Mac in "Safe Mode" performs certain cursory actions that have been known to fix some problems. Boot Safe Mode, log in and use it for a little while, then restart normally.
Troubleshooting problems that occur only seldom is inherently time-consuming.
Needless to say, if you are using, or have used at any time in the past, any non-Apple "anti-virus", "cleaning", or "Internet security" products including "banking security", anything at all in that broad category of utterly useless garbage, don't. A lot of things won't work if you do.
If you have reason to believe the problem is related to Safari, here are a few fundamental troubleshooting steps that may help. Some of the information will be redundant but review everything to determine if there is something you may have overlooked.
If you don't get anywhere, you can use the following procedure to determine if the problem is internal or external to your Mac. Causes may involve your router, your ISP, the DNS Server(s) it uses, or certain user-configurable options.
Determine if the problem persists while using Safari in that mode. After that, restart your Mac normally, and reply with your observations.
Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
In order to find out if a program is doing that, I would have to be logged in in the safe mode for 3 days or so. The problem occurs something like once in a week. I have already reinstalled mac os and I guess that Safari is causing this issue since every time that this happens I am using Safari. I am going to try doing that anyway. Thanks!
