Battery problem (MacbookPro 15 2018)

Hello!

I have a problem with a macbook pro 15 inch 2018 bought in November 2019.

I filmed, I will attach the video below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-JQM-6W5XY

THE PROBLEM:

It disconnects from the power (during charging but also after reaching 100% battery).

I always work on the desk, connected to the socket or just on the battery (depending on the case), it disconnects from the power supply for 2-10 minutes (switch-on multiple times + alert alert but also the battery next to the clock it is no longer full and no longer shows that lightning).

The problem appears chaotic, not constant, possible now, possibly tomorrow or over 2 weeks, tested on all USB-C ports. I want to mention that I have the above problem on Mojave 10.14.6 but also on Catalina 10.15.2 it is the same, from what I notice more now and more often on the new OS, Catalina. The battery is normal in the system, but I think the problem is from the battery.

What I did:

SMC reset - nothing was resolved.

I use it on the battery but also connected to the outlet

I never let the battery drop below 20%

i don't keep it connected to the charger always

I sent it to iSTYLE Apple Authorized Service Provider - (Vulturii Str. Number. 98, Bucharest), after 5 days I receive an answer that all the Apple tests have passed, that nothing is disconnected, has been tested with my charger and with another charger but no problem appeared. Well, I take him out of service, I arrive with him at home and after no 20 min FIX the same problem (disconnects from the power supply a few seconds after connecting - repeat ... several times on all USB-C ports for 10 minutes - he did so until the battery reached 95% to 90%).

How to give 2,000 euros on a macbook and have such problems? Is Apple serious?

Those from iSTYLE Apple Authorized Service Provider - (Str. Vulturii number. 98, Bucharest), handled the case and tested it superficially. I tell them that the problem appears after some time, possibly after 1 hour, possibly after 5 days, possibly after 2 weeks or 2 hours ... if they did not notice anything in 5 days ... they are covered by the Apple results and Apple does not look to my evidence (video recordings).

I have called Support four times already, I also talked to a senior and they just told me to go again to another authorized service, to test another Apple charger (why buy for money? Why can't I do I receive it based on the guarantee? - another time lost) or in the last phase a clean reset of OS.

Disappointed by Apple and this service in Romania, Bucharest (iSTYLE).

I also have a Dell laptop, I sent it in service with the motherboard burnt, it didn't light up. Nobody commented on anything, they replaced everything for free (motherboard, hdd and charger) and at iStyle I have to pay the house to be examined ok?

They wrote me on the service sheet an aberrant text, written in the game or written automatically. He tells me to reinstall iMovie. For what? I don't even use it.

Please take action on this service! If the problem is not solved by an OS update I will send it back into service again.
