iCloud bill

trying to pay my iCloud bill but it keeps saying we’ve run into a problem please try again.

Go to Helpful topics https://support.apple.com/contact

Then select Billings and Subscriptions

Then select Subscripts & Purchase

Then select The topic is not listed

Then type in "My problem is hard to solve."
