Missing iPad status bar
The status bar in my iPad running iPados 13.3.1 has dissapeared. I’ve tried a couple of reboots with no joy.
Any suggestions?

Try a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.
How ancient?
I have a late 2009 iMac I use everyday that runs OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan, that can run the latest version of iTunes.
I am going to recommend doing a backup and restore of your iPad using iTunes on your Mac.
Failing that.
Bring your iPad into your nearest, “local” Apple Store for diagnosis, evaluation and potential options.
Good Luck!
I just did a Restore to Factory Settings. That worked.
By the way my ancient iMac is only the “mid 2011” on High Sierra so it’s a baby compared to yours.
Thanks again.
What iPad do you own?
Try it, again.
Fifth gen ipad MP2G2LL/A
I tried that. I guess that’s what I meant by reboot.
Just did it. Still no status bar!
Do you own a real computer?
Yes...an ancient iMac.
I was afraid you were going to suggest that.
I guess I was hoping you were going to find some other miracle.
Anyhow, thanks very much for the help. I’m off to the backup and restore world...
