Hello, all of sudden i received ton of notification from my apple cash (balance adjustment) and once i checked it says i have over -$1500, i have chase bank on my own but my mom has always access on it, my mom not aware i always do transfer money from chase to my apple cash, my mom call my chase and reverse all transaction leaving a chargeback on my apple cash, i want to make an appeal, im here in different country cant make a call from PH number to USA number,
Since a chargeback, I doubt that Apple will allow you use the same bank account to transfer the money. Since you did authorize these transfers and they were not fraud, you should get the money owed and put in another account to transfer to your Apple Cash to satisfy the negative balance.

If you have a negative balance on your Apple Cash you need to transfer enough money from your bank account to cover the negative amount. You should also go here - Apple Pay Customers
