Hello,i can't turn off two factor, could you help me please?

2-factor authentication cannot be turned off unless within the first 2 weeks if you recently updated your account.

No, not unless you received an email you can reply to. Read the next to last section of the link I posted. I wish I could turn it off myself. It is a PITA!
