Are they missing from iCloud? Have you looked by signing in at iCloud.com using your Apple ID? If not, do so and click on Photos to see if any are there. Also while in Photos select the Recently Deleted tab. If there are some there, select them, and use Recover to restore them. Download them to your computer by making copies of the and using the download symbol.
