Ringer volume keep going down
Hello
I use iPhone x
and ringer volume constantly goes low by itself
I have disabled “change with buttons” in the settings
It still goes down.
what could cause this issue?

If you mean that the ringer volume automatically decreases as soon as you recognize that there is an incoming call and start to respond to it, there is a setting for that at Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > Attention Aware Features.
