My moves won’t play. It will just show up the intro and won’t do anything

What is you model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
What intro are you referring to? If you are on a page that has a Play button on screen, then navigate to that Play button on screen and confirm by pressing select to start watching it –– not the Play button on your remote.
