menu bar font size too small

It seems like people have tried various things to increase the menu bar font size but I'm not seeing a solution that works. Just bought MacBook pro 16" with Catalina and usually use Safari. Any help or updates please?

The only way to change the font size is to change the resolution of the entire screen in System Preferences > Displays > Scaled.
