I do have a problem. My iPhone shows only 'E' when I want to use my data network, E has the speed of 2G and it is really slow. I already tried resetting my iPhone, resetting network settings and a couple more things like that. Everything else on my phone works fine. Can someone help me please?
It may not but get it confirmed. You may need a new SIM from them or something may have been incorrectly provisioned at their side. Call them even if it is just to rule them out of the equation. Good Luck.

It appears that you have done all the basic troubleshooting to figure out why your iPhone is stuck on E and not something faster such as LTE etc.
Which model iPhone are you using? Which iOS version is it running? Did you call Vodafone and ask them why this was happening?

Then you may need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation. I'd still contact Vodafone first, but that's up to you.
Then take the phone back to the store where you purchased it.
Yes I have done al the basic troubleshooting. iPhone 7, A1778. And it is running the latest iOS version (13.3.1). I didn't call Vodafone yet I will do that on monday. I think it has nothing to do with Vodafone.
I think it has nothing to do with Vodafone. On my One Plus 6 works my 4g perfect.
I had a conversation with them and they say it has nothing to do with them.
