What is the difference between "Remove Download" and "Delete from Library"

I have downloaded a movie to my mac with Apple TV App. I want to free up space on my hard disk. When I click on the ellipses icon I see a couple of choices, "Remove Download" and "Delete from Library" which should I use and what is the difference between the two choices?

In a similar context, Apple defines it as:

To remove the song from your computer but leave it in iCloud: Click Remove Download. If you don’t see this option, it’s because the song isn’t downloaded to your PC.
To remove the song from both your computer and iCloud: Click Delete from Library, then click Delete Song.
