Changing keyboard shortcuts in Mail

I usually use command-shift-u to mark a message or a bunch of messages as read/unread. The problem is that if I typo and hit command-shift-y, it adds the email addresses from all highlighted emails into my address book. I'm wondering if there's a way to either disable or change this keyboard shortcut.

Someone else might know how to actually disable the shortcut, but you can at least change it to something else that you won't accidentally hit.

Go to the "Keyboard" preferences pane and then the "Keyboard Shortcuts" tab. Go to "Applications Shortcuts" at the bottom of the list. Click the plus sign ("+") to add a new shortcut. Select Mail.app for the application. In the "Menu Title" box, enter "Add Sender to Address Book". Then you can enter whatever keystroke combination won't get in your way.
