itunes on mac not detecting Iphone 7 in recovery mode

I have got the recovery mode screen up on my iphone 7 but itunes is not detecting that my phone is connected, what do i do to restore/ update the software on my phone?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

If you still get no improvement, I would have your iPhone inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized SErvice Provider.

Yes I have followed the steps but still not working, I have changed the lightning cable I am using and that has not worked neither. I have also tried to put it into DFU mode but still my mac wont detect anything.

Also tried going into system information to see if i can locate it in the "USB" section, and that too has not worked.
