I had a problem when I turned on Siri the volume of the screen lock depends on the volume that I set with the buttons, in the settings the buttons are disabled. I completely turned off Siri and “Hi Siri” and hold the button and after that my lock sound became normal.
But I often use Siri, what should I do?
Hello, the problem is not solved. The volume control function is off. When Siri is turne on and the screen lock sound is turne on, the lock sound is adjusted using the buttons. This happens on iPhone XR, iOS 13.4

With Siri enabled, I would like to have you go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics. Ensure Change with Buttons shows enabled, then scroll down towards the bottom of the screen and make sure that Lock Sound is turned on. The volume level that this sounds plays at is the same as the slider level under the Ringer and Alerts section. If you're unable to increase the volume level with the Volume up/down button, try moving the slider to a higher volume level on this screen, then test the Lock Sound volume again without turning off Siri:
