Iphone 6 S plus camera shaking

I just got a iphone 6 S plus after my iphone 5 died. The camer however will not focus and when trying to take picture just shakes continously and you hear a loud noise from inside the phone as though something is spinning. I have took my case off thinking maybe it was too tight any suggestions as I know its not the newest of phones its the newest I could afford. Thank You.
