I just got the new iPhone 11. All my pictures and contacts are on it now and it’s functioning, but all my apps and wallpapers didn’t transfer over. I’m wondering how to fully transfer that over as well

Did you set up the new iPhone from the backup of the previous phone? If you didn't, you can go to the App Store App, tap your photo on the top right. Tap Purchases. Tap All Purchases and download your apps one by one. Restoring a new iPhone from backup is much simpler.
