Windows 10 EDU

The edu version of Windows 10 is not supported by Boot Camp.

Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support

From the link you need "A 64-bit version of Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro on a disk image (ISO) or other installation media. If installing Windows on your Mac for the first time, this must be a full version of Windows, not an upgrade."

Not necessary—download the iso file from the Academic Products Page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/vlacademicwindows10. If you have a key on first install or a microsoft.com account from a prior install, it will work for the initial install.

Install W10 Retail, without activating it, and then install W10 EDU on top and activate W10.
