My iPhone XS Max freezes when I use emojis on keyboards like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram. It freezes for about 2 minutes. I turned off the emojis in keyboard but it didn’t help. I’ve installed the latest software update but it didn’t help. What should I do?

ive wiped everything on my phone and made it as brand new without any result. Also on the latest firmware
Seems to be ios13 , Apple should do something since we are more that experience problems. loads of threads about it
