Cannot Verify Server Identity

This keeps popping up as soon as I get closer to my employer, in the car. It says imap.gmail.com cannot be verified. Click Details and it says captiveportal.nokia.com

This is a malicious pop up that neither had heard of , neither google this thread and I still have it. What is the solution. It stops me from making a phone call a photo using google maps etc. It only happens when I am outside- not in house on wifi. HELP

Your phone is trying to connect to a Nokia public Wi-Fi network. “Forget” that network or turn off connect to known networks.
