iTunes music on Mac and Windows Computers

I have music I purchased from iTunes and music I downloaded on my MAC computer. The MAC is an older machine; we couldn't afford a new one so we ended up with a Dell computer. We purchased a windows machine and the iTunes account on that machine doesn't show the music which is held in the MAC. I would like all of my iTunes music in one account, please. How can I make that happen? We may have two iTunes accounts and don't know it. Thank you.

You should be using the same Apple ID on both computers. Then you can redownload any of your previous purchases you made with your Mac onto your PC.

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

FYI - once you have an Apple ID, you should use that on all your computers and devices. It is not a good idea to create multiple Apple IDs. See the "Sign in with your Apple ID" section in:

Manage and use your Apple ID - Apple Support
