What is a WPA Group Key Timeout?

I can't find any Help or Support or discussion info on this...when you setup WPA Personal security for an Airport Extreme Base Station in the Airport Admin Utility you are supposed to specify a "Group Key Timeout" (default of 60 min.). What is that? How do I know what I want to set it to?

WPA with TKIP rotates the encryption key to prevent the key from being sniffed. The time out is the delay between the key rotation.

You can rotate the encryption keys at a different rate, but the default is fine for most uses.
