Hardware repairs

Hi I have purchased my iPhone 11 Pro Max in September and it says I’m eligible for hardware repairs and servicing. What is covered when they say hardware repairs ?

It means your warranty is still valid. Apple's standard warranty is for one year, although there are different requirements around the world. I understand that in some countries, it's required to be extended to two years, while in other there's a "statutory warranty" that can be limited in how it's applied.


They will repair or replace anything during the warranty period that's malfunctioning or defective that's not a result of an accident or abuse.
