Apple Loops missing on iPad version of Garageband

I’ve downloaded all the sound packs, but there are no loops showing when I open the Apple Loops browser. It’s empty. How can I install them?

I've tried everything and have downloaded all available content from the 'sound library' on both devices. I'm running ios12.4 on the iPad pro and Mac OS 10.14.5 on the MacBook Pro. Garageband loops - Rampart Brass loop. My daughter has been using a couple of loops in school. She needs carry on with the music at home for homework. Can anyone help where we can get them from. Rampart Brass 0.1.1 Pursuit Brass 0.1.1 Many thanks

Instrument sounds and loops. I like the sound of an instrument used in a GarageBand loop, a loop that came with my initial installation. How can I use this (the sound, not the loop) i my own music?

Any chance you have a filter set in your loops menu?

I solved the problem. This is in case anyone else faces the same issue.

It turns out a recent iPadOS update reset GarageBand. This meant I had to use the 'restore purchases' option to get the loops back. There was no notification that Apple Loops had been disconnected.
