I would like to turn off the two-factor authentication
When I tried to turn off the two- factor authentication I couldn´t so I don´t know why.

If you have 2FA set up properly, it should be quite unobtrusive. If I have to enter a code more than a couple of times in a month (across four devices) that's a lot.
Review this article, especially the section on managing your trusted devices:
If it has been enabled for more than two weeks, two-factor authentication cannot be turned off.
And there is no way to cancel this option?
