Cant upgrade MacBook Pro from Mojave to Catalina

System preferences says my Mojave is up to date. Gives no option to upgrade to Catalina. If I go to the App Store and choose "Get" the it responds "Update not found. The requested version of MacOS is not available."". MacBook is less than a year old, currently running 10.14.6. Drive has 200GB available.

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.14
