where can i find previous back ups?
I previously deleted all 4000 pics they are not on recently deleted this is on ipad 2 how can I get those previous back ups so I can put this stuff back on my phone and ipad?

Were you actually making regular backups of that iPad before you lost thus data?
iPad backups do not happen automatically, by themselves, just out of thin air, unless you had actually setup this iPad to do backups to iCloud and/or iTunes on a computer or though other online, offsite data storage/data backup services, like Google Drive/Photos, Dropbox, BOX, Flickr ( for images and videos )
