It says Apple care services but there isn’t a +. I purchased this device on February 28
If you go to Settings/General/About and it says you have AppleCare that is because all Apple products have AppleCare included for a period of time after they are purchased. For iPhones that is one year. You can extend that to 2 years with AppleCare Plus within 60 days of purchasing the phone.
My phone does say that but when I go to it it says ineligible. Then I check the devices and the tell me I already have Apple care so I’m lost. Please help

Likely your iPhone says you have the opportunity to purchase AppleCare.
What is the date in Settings/General/About? Is it one year from the date you bought it?
No it says March 2, 2022
Did you purchase this phone on the iPhone trade-up program?
Does it also say AppleCare+? And did you purchase AppleCare+ when you bought the phone? And did you buy it today (March 3)?
I actually wanted to get the Apple care+ that covers theft of the device also just in case because I also bought my son an 11
