How can you find your contacts in using your apple ID

If you have lost your Contacts, go to iCloud.com/Account Settings using a computer browser and under Advanced at the bottom left, click Restore Contacts.

Sign into iCloud.com using a computer and you Apple ID. You will immediately see a Contacts folder.
