restore back up button disabled

Hi,

the itunes restore backup button grayed out, even I have 2 backups in my pc, what should I do to resore my data?

Windows, Windows 10

Windows 10 does not have a file storage system. There is file recovery software for Windows 10, but that costs $55.

Time Machine is free and comes as part of Mac OS. I suggest you have a look in iCloud to see if your missing file(s) are in there.

Look below the backup buttons. It says "Latest Backup: Your iPhone has never been backed up to this computer".

You need to go into Time Machine to find the location of the file you are looking for. Just to the right of the Backup pages, you will see an up and a down arrow. Click on the up arrow to go backwards through any backups that may have been made.

If you know the names of the files you have backed up, they will show up wherever you have requested to store them e.g iCloud.
