I bought my new macbook pro 13inch with toucbar few months back and now it's locked out and asks me to put in a 6 digit pin , I searched it up and people said it's locked from icloud and you need the pin , but I did not get any pin, my macbook appeared in the icloud but I can't press the unlock button...
What should I do?

Does it have a padlock icon? If so, you have Firmware password or Passcode set on your Mac.
If you can't remember your firmware password or passcode, schedule an in-person service appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Bring your Mac to the appointment, and bring your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

You are welcome. Is it asking you for the Keychain pin?
Tap "Approve with Security Code", tap "Forgot Code" and then tap "Reset".
Follow the instructions to reset iCloud keychain and create a new passcode.
