iMac osx Catalina issues

On IMac Osx Mojave ican't download Mac Os Catalina from Apple store is not available and the software updater can't find it ?????????

Run this command in the Terminal then reopen System Preferences > Software Update.

sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored
