How do I replace my Belkin invisiglass ULT IPHX-ZML screen protector? I know Belkin offers a life time warrenty

I had to contact Belkin directly. I had to send photos of the cracked screen protector. They couldn't offer a replacement but authorised a refund to my bank account. Unfortunately I have not yet received this – three weeks since they confirmed the refund would be paid. This morning I have received an email saying that due to the Covid–19 situation that it could take 120 days to refund. Personally I find this unacceptable even in the very difficult situation we are all dealing with. This is an administrative / banking process and should be done within a reasonably normal time frame.
