I deleted my contacts off of my phone and tried logging into my iCloud to retrieve them and it tells me But there’s no contacts to be found I never shut off my contacts back up I’m wondering if there’s still a way or what I’m doing wrong to retrieve them This is not on my phone or cloud that I’m talking about it’s a roommates and that’s who I’m asking for

Your friend can also check their email accounts, via their web mail, to see if any contacts are associated with them.
