How do I buy an AppleCare plan that can be paid monthly?
Is this for a phone you already own or a phone you plan to purchase? If you already own your phone, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to add an AppleCare+ plan. You can either stop by your Apple Store or call Apple directly (in the US) at 1-800-MY-APPLE and ask for AppleCare Plan Administration. They'll provide the buying options, including the monthly payment plan.

You can purchase AppleCare+ within 60 days of first buying your device. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings -> About, and scroll down to Warranty, where you can purchase AppleCare+ and get a monthly plan.
Which is why I asked. The monthly payment plan is not available outside the US. To be absolutely certain, contact Apple Italy, but I'm pretty sure I am right.
I purchased the phone like 20 days ago so I’m still “eligible”. But when I wanted to buy an AppleCare+ plan I didn’t have the option to pay it monthly.
Are you in the US or another country? The monthly plan to my knowledge is a US option.
I live in Italy.
