Family Sharing issue
Bought a new phone, created a new/different Apple ID. Now I cannot approve my daughter to get a new app because she is still tied to my OLD Apple ID. She cannot even reset her phone now.

Why did you create a new Apple ID? Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. And those items (including Family Sharing) cannot be transferred to another Apple ID.
