Hi, my phone is currently stuck on the apple screen & it keeps going in a loop.
It does not allow me to access my phone & I would like to know how I can back-up my phone without losing any of my data.

Try a forced restart of your 7:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the issue still persists, you need to have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP, explaining to them that you haven't any backup available.

the data backup is the users responsible
-In every official How to articles the first step before performing update of any device is creating backup
-You can check iCloud.com if You have your datas there before force restore of Your device

Well, if your device can't turn (and stay) on, you might not be able to create a backup in such a situation.
As already stated in my previous post, have it inspected, and see if Apple Specialists can help you.

I have tried a force restart many times but it keeps going into the frozen apple logo loop.
My laptop is also not connecting to my iPhone. From your experience, is it still possible to make a back-up at this point?
